Sync issues, lost passwords

Sync isn't working — what now?

Settings → Storage. Check the "last sync" timestamp. Most sync issues are an expired OAuth token — disconnect and reconnect the provider from Settings → Storage to refresh it.

I forgot my regular password.

Standard email reset from the sign-in screen. Note: this is for your account password, NOT your E2EE encryption password. Recsty AB cannot reset the E2EE password.

I signed up with Apple but I'm now on Android — how do I sign in?

Sign in with Apple isn't available on Android. Before switching, open Settings → Account on your Apple device and set a password ("Set a password"). You can then sign in on Android with your email + that password. If you've already switched, sign in with Apple on any Apple device or the web app to set a password first.
